Our Shipping Policies:

All types of batteries sold by us are sourced from suppliers and dealers who are authorized by the battery manufacturers’ and come with their own warranty and proper bill. The best part of our services, there are no hidden charges, extra taxes, or additional shipping cost on our batteries or other products. Meanwhile, we also offer free delivery and installation at customer’s doorstep. We are supplying hundred present genuine products and deal with all brands Such as Luminous, Okaya, Su-Kam, Exide etc.

Timings for Order Placement and Delivery:

The customer can place the order online anytime, but the orders which got received before 2:00 PM will be installed quickly same day you ordered if same day delivery would not be possible due to any circumstances, orders surely deliver the next day up to noon.

Generally, product’s delivery starts Ten O’clock in the morning.

In some of the cities, the delivery may get closed for Sundays or Holidays, in that case, orders surely deliver next day.

The 4 hours delivery commitment is applicable only to car batteries. However, it is advised to talk with the representative and check out the respective product’s detail page to know the delivery details.

After receiving your order, our sells officer shall call you to confirm the order, shipping details and time of your availability at the given address. Once the order is confirmed, your product will be provided at the shipping address.

Delivery Procedure:

Delivery area in the particular area of the cities will be recommended as per the respective State/Union territory jurisdiction. The limits are defined in the city by Municipal Corporation, authority.

For all listed cities on the website, we will provide delivery free of cost.

There might be a ‘Delivery charge’ in case the shipping address is nearby the listed city on our website. Delivery charges shall be calculated on the basis of distance in the kilometer. However, the customer will be informed in advance of the additional delivery charges via E-mail, SMS or phone call. In case a customer denied paying delivery charges, the order shall be treated as canceled.

Also in some locations because of the ‘security reasons’ delivery is not available after 3:00 PM.

There might be a delay in delivery in case of any unavoidable circumstances like heavy rains, traffic jams and strike etc.

Installation Details:

A working lift is mandatory for installation locations above the second floor, in case lift isn’t working for location above the second floor it is subject to increase the labor charges of both Inverter batteries + Inverter machine installation.

For inverter installation, the free installation is limited to connecting to the mains switches. It would not cover any other wiring/connections or any electrical accessories such as switches, sockets, wires etc.

If the customer gets agrees to pay extra charges in case any extra work or electrical item is required during installation, same will be carried out over there.
